transaction and being employed (in writing)
and paid by the party being represented.

OUR OBJECTIVE

This website is about choice.
Consumers should have a choice:

- Single Agengy representation, or
- Dual Agency NO representation.

Sole proprietor brokers or small firms with one to three
associates can choose Single Agency representation
(exclusively) or the traditional Dual Agency format.

Note: We believe that real estate agents will never be considered as
professionals by consumers as long as they cling to Dual Agency.
